  The Law Firm of Karen L. Grant specializes in assisting clients in bankruptcy matters and debt workouts. We represent both debtors and creditors in cases ranging from complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings to Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases filed in Santa Barbara, California and the surrounding areas. Our services include assisting clients in renegotiating their debts with their creditors to avoid the filing of a bankruptcy case or collection proceedings. We also advise and represent Chapter 11 Unsecured Creditor Committees and Trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.

  Karen L. Grant has been a Certified Specialist in Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization since 1995. She has been in practice since 1985 and has limited her practice to bankruptcy and debt workouts since 1989.
